- Please note that we do not ship or process orders on weekends or public holidays.

- Shipping Charge: Dravo provides free standard shipping on all orders delivered within India.
- Delivery Estimates: We aim to deliver all confirmed orders within 2–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the date of dispatch.
- Remote Areas: Please allow additional time for deliveries to remote or rural locations.
3. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your tracking number.

- The tracking number will become active and available for tracking within 24 hours of receiving the confirmation email.
4. Delivery Delays and Damages
- Delays: Dravo is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather, civil unrest, natural disasters, or events beyond our control.
- Damages: If you receive your order with visible damage to the packaging or damaged contents, please contact us immediately.
We require clear photographic evidence so we can evaluate the issue and initiate a claim with the carrier.
